Market knowledge ,experience and communication skill is too good

My day started with random work in Papatoetoe . I saw Barfoot Thompson office. I walked in. I asked if i could see an agent. Jass and Dev greeted me nicely. The Communication skill. Giving each other time to talk and listening tome that i admired. Agent booked an appointment with me . As I am from Brisbane .Never felt that there is any hiccups. Every phone call was worthwhile. Making sure that nothing is left unexplained. Sometimes anxiety kicked in but both Jass and Dev made sure everything is done according to our convenient . From filling the form to online signing these two gentlemen helped us through. Explaining us that how much worth our house is. What is best for us. Talking to us via zoom. Making sure that my husband and i know where we stand . These two gentlemen, the most dedicated person I have seen, who do their best for the clients and also company they work for. Some days because of time difference between Brisbane and New Zealand we called late. There was never a frustration. On the day of the auction we were well informed about every step of the auction. What will happen next. How the auctioneer works. How the bidding is done. Our communication with Jass and Dev was always above standard. Our 101 questions were answered with respect. I would recommend JASS and DEV to anyone , . JASS AND DEV HAVE ABILITY TO DEEPLY PERSONAL AND STRESSFUL CHANGES THROUGH EMPATHY AND STUDY LEADERSHIP. WE AS VENDOR FELT WELL RESPECTED AND WELL INFORMED . Selling our house was not easy for us. They both had ability and experience of how and when to speak and how to deal situation. THANK YOU JASS AND DEV FOR YOUR DEDICATION ,HARD WORK AND , AND BARFOOT THOMPSON FOR HAVING BEST PEOPLE FOR US AS VENDORS TO SELL OUR HOUSE AND HAPPILY SAY OUR HOUSE IS ( SOLD BY BARFOOT AND THOMPSON) .
