Market knowledge ,experience and communication skill is too good

My day started with random work in Papatoetoe . I saw Barfoot Thompson office. I walked in. I asked if i could see an agent. Jass and Dev greeted me nicely. The Communication skill. Making sure that my husband and i know where we stand . These two gentlemen, the most dedicated person I have seen, who do their best for the clients and also company they work for. Some days because of time difference between Brisbane and New Zealand we called late. There was never a frustration. On the day of the auction we were well informed about every step of the auction. What will happen next. How the auctioneer works. How the bidding is done. Our communication with Jass and Dev was always above standard. Our 101 questions were answered with respect. WE AS VENDOR FELT WELL RESPECTED AND WELL INFORMED . Selling our house was not easy for us. They both had ability and experience of how and when to speak and how to deal situation.
