My day started with random work in Papatoetoe . I saw Barfoot Thompson office. I walked in. I asked if i could see an agent. Jass and Dev greeted me nicely. The Communication skill. Giving each other time to talk and listening tome that i admired. Agent booked an appointment with me . As I am from Brisbane .Never felt that there is any hiccups. Every phone call was worthwhile. Some days because of time difference between Brisbane and New Zealand we called late. There was never a frustration. On the day of the auction we were well informed about every step of the auction. What will happen next. How the auctioneer works. How the bidding is done. Our communication with Jass and Dev was always above standard. Our 101 questions were answered with respect.
