My day started with random walk in papatoetoe. town. I saw BARFOOT THOMPSON office . I walked in. Asked if I could see an agent . Jass and DEV greeted me nicely . The communication skill. Giving each other time to talk and listening to me was the thing I admired . Agent booked an appointment with me . As I am from BRISBANE . Never felt that there is any hiccups. Every phone call was worthwhile . Making sure that nothing is left unexplained . Sometimes anxiety kicked in but both Jass and DEV made sure everything done according to our convenient . From filling the form to online signing these two gentleman helped us through . Explaining us that how much worth our house is . What is best for us . Talking to us via zoom. Making sure that my husband and I know how is it and where we stand . These two gentleman are most dedicated person I have seen who do their best for the clients and also company they work for . Some days because of time difference between Brisbane and New Zealand we called late . There was never a frustration . On the day of auction we were well informed about every step of the auction. What will happen next . How the auctioneer works . How the bidding is done . Our communication with Jass and DEV was always above the standard,. Our 101 questions were answered with respect . I would recommend JASS and Dev to anyone . Jass and DEV HAVE ABILITY TO DEEPLY PERSONAL AND STRESSFUL CHANGES THROUGH EMPATHY AND STEADY LEADERSHIP. WE AS VENDOR FELT WELL RESPECT , WELL INFORMED. Selling our house was not easy for us but JASS AND DEV made it easy for us . They both had ability and experience of how and when to speak and how to deal situation.
