Girish is an honest and truthful person. He does not over promise to get a listing, his advice and communication is based on his extensive knowledge of the market he specialises in. He worked extremely hard on my behalf to sell my house. The eventual sale price was right in the middle of the price range he provided as a market appraisal prior to selling my house.
