Alison presented a marketing package that was within my budget, she knew the best places to advertise my property (followed up with reports of viewing percentages each week). She knew how the property should be presented for optimal photos for the advertising and open homes. She has a very approachable way about her and can engage with everyone with ease and also be very professional with what is needed in the line of paperwork, agreements/documents. From the first free appraisal to selling the property it was less than 2 months and I am very happy with the result. This is not the first time I have dealt with Alison she listed and sold our original property over 10 years ago and this time when I needed to downsize I was very happy to not shop around but go straight to Alison to engage her expertise.
