Agents did a check in as planning for estate sale. We requested a check in in 6 months time at which time they came prepared and had done due diligence through detailed reports and market analysis. We opted for sole agents given the level of preparatory work. Communication was prompt throughout the listing period. Advertising / marketing was done within three days of first meeting with offer on the table after first open home. Sahil was able to give ongoing advice and had vendors interests as foremost.
