I would consider myself to be pretty active in the property market, I look at trends, follow properties for sale (and rent) in East Auckland, along with buying and selling. I have a solid understanding of the real estate agents operating in my area - including where they position themselves and their activity levels. In my opinion, nobody comes close to putting the effort in that Shahina and Anil do within the East Auckland area, from a simple text message letting me know when a property has been listed, or what a place that may interest me sold for at auction, or even investigating potential purchases for me, Shahina has been in constant communication for quite some time, and this is all prior to even listing a property with her!
