I would consider myself to be pretty active in the property market, I look at trends, follow properties for sale (and rent) in East Auckland, along with buying and selling. I have a solid understanding of the real estate agents operating in my area - including where they position themselves and their activity levels. In my opinion, nobody comes close to putting the effort in that Shahina and Anil do within the East Auckland area, from a simple text message letting me know when a property has been listed, or what a place that may interest me sold for at auction, or even investigating potential purchases for me, Shahina has been in constant communication for quite some time, and this is all prior to even listing a property with her! Well I did list a property with her to sell in March 2024 and we just came back from the Barfoot Auction rooms yesterday with what I consider an extremely good result in what is a particularly challenging market. The process working with Shahina and Anil was seamless from the beginning, from photo selection to property description, areas that I would usually make multiple changes in the past due to my advertising background, were exceptional - they knew who the target buyers were and it completely showed in their presentation of the property through all marketing material. Their communication is flawless, they are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry, so if you're contemplating selling, or buying, in the East Auckland area, talk to Shahina and Anil, they are highly reccommended from me, and I thank them both for all their efforts in both keeping me updated with industry happenings, and selling my property yesterday.

My wife and I can’t speak highly enough of the service and support Elizabeth provided throughout the process of selling our home. Most importantly she secured a good price in a challenging market. Selling a house can be a stressful experience (we’ve done it three times!). Elizabeth, with support from her husband, Hamid, took much of the stress away through excellent communication, on point recommendations, and a sales strategy that evolved with the uncertain market we were selling in. Further, Elizabeth was extremely considerate of our living situation as we had six month old and three year old at the time of sale which had potential to make open homes and house viewings even more challenging. She went the extra mile to make our lives as easy as possible through the sales journey, We decided to sell with Elizabeth because we had bought the same house from her five years earlier. As buyers we’d also found her excellent to deal with. In a field where trust is critical to a positive experience for all, Elizabeth exceeded all expectations. We can’t recommend her highly enough.
