Excellent market knowledge and great communicator

Adit was really helpful in everything. As a first home buyer, we had very little knowledge about the market. Adit made the whole process very simple for us. He made us understand everything even before we ask for it. He has exceptional communication skills. He was in regular touch with us over the phone and in person as well each and everyday. He would answer our call at anytime even at night. The whole deal was not simple. There were few challenges and there was a time when the deal looked like slipping away from our hands. But it was Adit and Donald who helped us overcome that stressful situation. They gave us a confidence we needed in that situation and finally things started working in our favor. We never met Donald but he was working very hard behind the scenes to get is this property. He was in constant touch with Adit regarding this. As this was our first home, it was really special for us. And then the day finally came when we had the opportunity to put the SOLD sign on our property. Thank you so much Adit and Donald for the help and guidance throughout. I would recommend Adit form team Donald to anyone looking to buy a property.
