We were put in touch with Adit through our friend. Adit did such an amazing job to help find the perfect property for us! The first thing we did was give Adit a list of things we wanted in our potential house. We would then go through 6-8 potential houses that we wanted to see on the weekend and put them on a spreadsheet. Adit went through each house and spoke with the agents in charge, getting us more information than what we could see in the listing. He helped arrange viewings (even at specific times to suit our schedule), sent listings that met our criteria, and gave us honest feedback on the houses we saw. Adit guided us through the auction with a bidding strategy that helped us win. It was through Adit and his help that we ended up with this lovely property, and we can't thank him enough!!
