Brijesh have been greatly helpful since arranging from the initial appraisal for the property until to the end (settlement date). Have kept open communication through out, and I being living overseas, Brijesh had taken care for arranging small maintenance on the property, as well as being friendly with the Tenants to have that extra time on open days and even arranging private viewing while Tenant were still living at the property.
