My husband and I own a property in Mangere East. The property has been on the market for some time. The property has been quite challenging due to the council changing the flood zone area on properties. Sumit has been the 3rd agent that we signed with. The saying goes “Third time lucky” and we believe that this has been the case for us. I have had numerous agents contact me to list the property and I have always been reluctant due to previous bad experiences. Sumit however impressed me. He dealt with all my questions, evidence to back up his statements and in turn I then decided to give Sumit a chance. I was very clear with Sumit. It was a big deal for us to trust someone else again and he had to work hard. And this he did😊 Because of Sumit’s dedication we have finally gone unconditional on the property. Although it was not the price we wanted in the end we knew the time had to come to accept the presented offer. Sumit’s communication was always on point and very clear throughout the whole process and he was always prepared for my “Questions” 😊 I can admit I did ask a few and keep him on my toes. What I have learnt throughout the whole process is, until you get an offer on paper, numbers are just numbers and Sumit as able to get us a couple. We are both not easy to deal with due to bad past experiences however Sumit always reassured us that things would happen with a positive outcome for us. Please ensure that Sumit is acknowledged in your team meetings with your other agents as this is a great testimony to what “ A great customer outcome “through “Hard work, dedication and honesty” looks like. At the end of the day getting a “sale “is so much more. I have actively started to promote Sumit through my organisation and friends / family circle and Sumit now has an active referral from one of my colleagues.
