Our home in Elsted Place Goodwood Heights is the second property that Nikhil has been involved in the sale of. Back in November 2021 we made the decision to sell our Duplex Investment property in Donegal Park, Flat Bush. Although we listed our Investment property with Barfoot & Thompson, at that time we didn't know Nikhil. However it was Nikhil Sharma who introduced the the purchasers, who finished up buying the property. As a retired Trade Qualified, builder of more than 50 years spent in the trade, I have been renovating our current residence, but due to health issues found myself struggling to carry on and complete the renovation of our residence. As it was Nikhil who has kept in touch with us since selling our Investment property back in 2021, suggested we go to the market, and list the property for sale as it is, as no structual work is required, only the interior decorating and painting, to see if there might be interested people watching the market for such a property which could be finished off to suit their own colour schemes etc. At first we thought that because the renovations to our property were not completed, we would have to undersell the property, but due to Nikhil's dedication in promoting our property once he listed it, we achieved a result above our expectations.
