I came to New Zealand 30 years ago from Canada and settled in Auckland initially. My interest in Real Estate stems from over 25 years in the property market, not as a sales consultant but as a project manager overseeing building and renovation work in Auckland and more recently in Waihi and Waihi beach. After a break away in Spain for 8 years working as a tour guide for the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, I returned to live in Waihi Beach with my family and considered that with my experience and passion for both property and people the natural progression was to embark in Real Estate in an area which I am familiar and deeply involved in the local community. Having dealt with many sales consultants both in buying and selling property, my experiences have varied greatly. I always thought if I were in a position to market someones’ greatest asset, I would give my clients exceptional service through integrity and honesty. I am not afraid to be totally transparent and upfront when advising clients on the value of their property. Too many property appraisals are over inflated to "buy" the listing but this only results in your property stagnating in the market place. She came prepared

Janelle was given minimal notice for a listing appointment. She came prepared, knew her stuff and had a strategy in mind. No follow up appointments and meetings like the other agents I engaged. My property was on the market for only 4 days before she had a firm offer to present. Definitely recommend Janelle if you’re wanting hassle free sale of your home.

Professional and honest communicator

Carlene sold our lifestyle property in the Papamoa Hills by Auction in November 25. Carlene has a strong work ethic and is always contactable. She achieved a fantastic price for us on the day with a number of buyers in the room. She has a wealth of real estate experience and has expert knowledge of the Tauranga area and what’s going on with the market. An excellent communicator and in no way does she mislead you or get your hopes up with her potential buyer feedback. Just kept at it

In a very hard sales market, Janelle didnt relent, she just kept at it. Janelle was certain we would get a sale eventually, even though we didnt quite get the price we had hoped but we had to sell & Janelle did her absolute best to bat for us and managed to land an acceptable offer. She also kept us well informed of progress, answered all my silly questions as though they were serious questions and managed us well through what could have been an even more stressful situation. No hesitation recommending Janelle as a leading agent.
