I worked with VK Patel to sell my property and found him to be a very good communicator and negotiator. He was honest about the market conditions and helped me understand the reality of the situation from the beginning. The market was very difficult, but he kept trying different approaches until the house was sold. While I’m not happy with the final price, I believe it was a reasonable outcome given the poor market and the financial difficulty of holding the property longer. Overall, he was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with.
