Through my experience with my agent, it was highly positive with zero to no faults. It was my first time leaving home so the correct agent was always the highest priority & I'm forever grateful for the agent I did have. He was clear with communication, replies, knowledge and compassion as he helped us secure the house but also secure a place and understanding that resonated with us in more ways than physical. He ultimately gave us a home that will be a pivotal part in our journey to moving out & moving into a place that is my second home, my home away from home. I couldn't recommend him more, so do yourself a favour & find a property with him!

Rowan Ma He is working hard, and I appreciate his efforts. One point I would like to raise is that when the house is being rented, I would like him to discuss tenant selection with me first. This way, we can choose the most suitable tenant together. Alan Cao

Just wondering for the automatic key for the big gate for car because we couldn’t have that one. All of our neighbours have their own one but we don’t have one for us as a tenant rental so we would please whose the one has can provide for us that key so we would not go in and out from the car to open the gate unlike others as our neighbours they use that one from inside their car and wait for the gate to open. Can’t wait to hear the response from you people. Thanks

The property manager in charge of our viewing was Esther and she was incredible! She was able to advise us and answer our queries in regards to the house. She was also very quick with her replies in regards to leasing the property. Overall, it was a good experience and would gladly work with her again.

I made contact with Denzel and queried a few of the properties he was looking after. I told him what I was looking for and my price range. He was punctual when replying and made the application process quick and easy. I have been a tenant with other agents at other companies and have found that Denzel and Barfoot & Thompson have better communication and are very professional in the way they present the properties and themselves. I would highly recommend them to friends and family looking for renting and purchasing properties.
