Successful combination of market knowledge with team building and clear communication throughout

We had a phenomenal outcome in working with Sara and James, who enthusiastically jumped in from the start to create a team between us to support the months-long preparation, marketing and sale of our family home of 27 years. Sara clearly explained the steps throughout all levels of the process, from the first walk through of our home to the celebratory photos and flowers at the fall of the auctioneer's gavel. Sara's knowledge of the market and the personalised assistance they both provided was legendary. We also had fun marking the small and big wins as we progressed towards the finish line. They helped with leaf blowing in the middle of the autumn leaf-fall season, aided the photographer in taking great photos during cyclone weather, and shuttled our dog as needed - who bonded with them both. They went through all the paperwork with us, helped us set dates and worked to solve minor issues arising with positivity and good spirit, along with the loan of some Allen wrenches and tea lights! As we honed in on who the buyers might be and discussed how to determine a reserve to set, we felt fully supported and informed, so that auction day was as stress-free as it possibly could be. We are so glad we chose to work with Sara and James to successfully accomplish such a huge task after all these years in our home.
