Very professional with a 'heart'

It was maybe a faith that we showed up on the last two days of open home to make a personal connection with her. Starting off with her warm smile down to very informative tips, she made us feel we belong to the home we have purchased. We felt as if she never wore the hat of being our agent as she was very hands-on (despite not feeling well on the settlement day) and we are still in touch with her post settlement. It was indeed the ideal home and she will always be puzzle piece our our new place. Kudos to your professionalism and for sharing a personal touch on it!

Outstanding in every way

Ketiesha is a five star agent in every way - particularly integrity, professionalism and grit. Her reputation in our community has always been excellent but I have never worked with her until recently when she sold my brother’s house in Kingsland . My brother had health problems which meant he could not prepare the house for sale and I was headed overseas for three weeks. By the time I got back Ketiesha had project managed everything - professional cleaning, paint touch ups, water blasting, garden tidy, basement clearing and the staging all booked and ready to go.It is hard to express how much stress she saved the pair of us. She had to manage some really annoying hiccups such as the power going out just before the first open home and poor communications from the property manager and just took it in her stride and got on with it. The house sold for a solid price at a very difficult time in the market and I put that down to Ketiesha’s excellent work. She is such a lovely positive sunny person to work with and I would recommend her to anyone.
