Tim was very helpful, and has a light-hearted, fun demeanour which helps take the stress out of buying a home. I was particularly impressed to see how thoughtful he was towards the tenant during the open homes I attended. I think it must be a tough situation for them, but I noticed he was respectful and considerate. From my point of view, he was very responsive to my requests and I wish him all the best.
