I have dealt with agents who go the extra mile but Munish went the extra hundred miles! Right since the time I mentioned to him that I was looking at selling the property- he knew all about the area, the title, types of property it was etc simply from the address. He helped us in the entire renovation process- telling us what to do, what not to do and also gave us some reliable tradies who did a fast and well priced job. He even helped in getting us a home staging company and advised on the layout too. He has great insight into buyer psychology and marketed the property well and got us a few buyers interested, even in the slow market. His USP was however closing the deal with the interested buyer and addressing all his concerns in a fair and transparent manner. He got the parties to see the other point of view and managed the negotiation process till the deal closing in a professional manner which can only come from exceptional negotiation and people Skills honed by years of experience. In short 5++++++ stars!!!
