This was our first experience selling a house. Steve was very professional, providing us with a lot of selling experience and expertly managing the pace of negotiations with the buyers. Helen was very meticulous, giving us plenty of advice during the staging process, and her excellent language skills (fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese) greatly optimized communication with different buyer groups.
