Due to the timing of the COVID lock down (house went to market the weekend before lockdown) this was a difficult campaign, however Veronica was excellent with her communications. It was Veronica's dealing with the purchaser that was key service delivery. Veronica went over and beyond in dealing with a very difficult and demanding purchaser. She always kept her cool and had an amazing attitute. I would highly recommend her to anyone for future sales.
