Perfect Agent with a Sound Experience and Service

Linda Teng is the most professional agent among the agents we have experienced along the way. She not only spent her evening time to do a private view for us, showing us around the house, but disclosed potential problems without hiding any flaws. After the house tour, we were into the house deeply and wanted to negotiate a pre-auction offer with the vendor. Linda stayed up late to support us negotiating with the vendor, and finally got to a point that both the vendor and us were happy about the price and the pre-auction offer was accepted. Linda has been extremely supportive during and after the auction, giving us insightful tips and confidence to purchase the house at a great price, and helped us prepare all the legal documents and processes to proceed. In addition, she introduced us to a few people who she knew living around the area as she cares about our life after moving in as well. In a nutshell, she's not the type of listing agent focusing on the number of houses sold only (though she's the top independent sale already); instead, she cares about the buyer as a human and eagers to be supportive to buyers even after the business is done. Highly recommended Linda to be your agent, and no wonder why she's the top independent sales!

Linda find us a place called "HOME"

We are so grateful to have had Linda as our real estate agent. She is incredibly thoughtful and attentive — even on a rainy evening, she came out with us to view properties, always with patience and care. What truly stood out was her efficient communication and high level of professionalism. Every step of the process was well-managed and smooth. But more than that, Linda wasn’t just helping us buy a house — she was helping us find a home, our very first one in New Zealand. As first-time homebuyers, there was so much we didn’t understand — building materials, school zones, land use, and locations — all of it was unfamiliar to us. But Linda took the time to carefully explain and compare each aspect, helping us understand what would truly fit our needs both now and in the future. She also provided rational, honest analysis of each property’s pros and cons, often helping us see things we hadn’t thought of ourselves. Throughout the process, we felt respected, supported, and never rushed. More than just an agent, Linda felt like family to us — someone we could trust wholeheartedly and who genuinely cared about our journey. Buying a home is a major life decision, and with her by our side, we felt safe, confident, and cared for. She’s a listing agent with wisdom, warmth, and heart. Thank you, Linda, for helping us find not just a house, but a place we’re proud to call home.
