Those are the words I'd like to use to describe Nicky to future buyers and sellers. Nicky was very supportive of us thoughout our somewhat long buying journey. We viewed somewhere around 150+ properties over a span of 10 months, and Nicky helped us to see many of those, always willing to make time and always putting in the effort. She was very patient with us, even when ours started to wear thin when we were getting under more pressure to find "the right place". At every viewing, I found her knowledge of homes, facolities, suburbs and the general industry to be absolutely invaluable. When Nicky spoke, I listened carefully. I got the sense that I could absolutely trust what I was being told. Overall, Nicky was the absolute professional in every respect. Considering our needs as buyers, but always adhering to the foundations of trust that sellers (and Barfoot & Thompson) have put in her to facilitate the sale, and I respect her for that. She will be our #1 choice t work with should we ever need the service of an agent again. For now, we will settle in to our awesome new home.
