Good communication and got it done

Jean sold my property in a difficult Auckland market - and earned it. I live in France, so every conversation was at an awkward hour. Always came back promptly and never left me guessing where things stood. Selling remotely, that was great. Good advice on pricing, well run open homes, staging that lifted the property, advertising that brought the right buyers through, and patient handling of a lot of detailed enquiries. She told me what I needed to hear rather than what I wanted to. We had offers fall over along the way. They kept the momentum and finished with a clean unconditional sale. Recommended without hesitation.

Hardworking, dedicated and has a desire for excellence

Mary is super responsive, and really wants to get a property sold. She notices the small details and got the property looking amazing. She goes the extra mile to try and understand the area, visiting other homes in Stonefields, talking with everyone she can to understand the market and prices. She follows up with potential buyers really well, and seems to know tons about them and what they are after. Very professional, warm and easy to work with!
