Very good knowledge of the area having lived there. Clear and concise communication skills, very reliable returning calls and answering questions, quick and concise reporting after Open Homes. Good follow up of interested parties, also with other agents and their buyers, making it easy for them to view the property with their potential buyers which opened up the number of registered bidders for the auction, which in turn meant a successful outcome at the auction.
