Advice provided at every milestone, even if deal never go through. Late night calls and messages gave me a sense of security. I would advise anyone to take on the buying agent. Especially if you are not familiar with the New Zealand rules. Selling agents don't always disclose everything, hence having Prateek as my buying agent meant I had some on my side.
