Kelly did a good job of selling a very well presented home to us that ticked all the boxes of what we were looking for. She is highly professional in what she does. However I would not recommend using Barfoot & Thompson as an agency.

We had got to know Kelly well given she was also selling our house. Kelly listens and has amazing intuition for what is going be the perfect match. We were downsizing from lifestyle to residential (after decades of lifestyle living) so the considerations were numerous and high! Kelly matched both of our quite different needs perfectly - other than I can’t bring the horse! We only saw one house and it didn’t even have a sign outside it. Match made. We chose Kelly Davison for our house sale as she has the best name around town. Once we met her it quickly became obvious why. Although the market was in a slump, she introduced more potential purchasers than we ever expected. She then kept in relatively close contact with all and finally sold our house to a couple who looked at our place several months earlier. We thought they were out, but Kelly still managed to acheive the sale.
