We were looking for a vastu compliant section with entry from North east in Pokéno & wanted the flow of natural elements of sun and moon light without any obstruction from the east north and west and we also wanted some lovely views of the green rolling Hills, PARMINDER kept showing us multiple sections for at least three months till he found us a corner section next to Pocono school and it met all our requirements and mor, not only that, PARMINDER also helped us finding a builder to build the house.
