We have worked with Robin Liu – Mr Howick before, and once again he delivered for us. 2026 has been a very tough property market. Our property at 1/51 Andrew Road was on the market for around six months, and there were even a few months where hardly anyone came through the open homes. But Robin never gave up. He kept turning up, running the open homes, following up buyers and looking for every possible opportunity. Persistence gets results. In the end, there was one genuine buyer — sometimes one is all you need. Robin worked hard with that buyer, negotiated the deal and got the property SOLD for us. We really appreciate his commitment, persistence and determination, especially in such a difficult market. This certainly won’t be the last time we work with Robin.
