Excellent communicator, very knowledgeable and never rushed

After talking to Paras about what sort of houses my partner and I were looking for, he knew right away what was in the market that he could show us. What we appreciated from the beginning was that he never overwhelmed us hundreds of listings at one time knowing that we would want to take our time and assess each one fairly. We also appreciated that whenever we sent a potential listing, he was honest about the property and if there was anything we may have overlooked and if we were still keen he would still take the time to show us, again feeding back into assessing each property fairly. He always had time for us during the week with any questions we had whether it be the buying process, needing information about the area/land or about how to make the house our own (i.e. renovations). If he was unsure with anything he always made sure to find more information and come back to us with the correct details rather than guessing and coming back to change. Paras went over and beyond what we, as first home buyers, could ever dream of and we eventually found our home which ticked all our boxes and could not have done it without his help.
