Real Estate Sales Extraordinaire ! In so many ways...

Robin Liu, Has been truly amazing in the recent SPA of our house. During a particularly challenging market and an interesting position with our house. [May 24] Firstly he understood our needs and what we needed to do to move onto the next opportunity in our lives and why we wanted to do that. So ultimately the goal we wanted to achieve. This was really important to us and he understood that. He is very down to earth and such a great person to deal with and communicate with. Always prompt in his responses. He always worked with our best interests at heart whilst balancing the expectations of the purchaser. He has brought the two together seamlessly and has made the entire experience easy to manage. If not some what almost "fun" whilst feeling the pressure of the situation. We have had a few laughs along the way ! Selling a house is never easier let's be honest - It's your home, your pets are there, it can be hugely invasive, whilst you bare your most precious space with people you don't really know. With Robin's instruction his team were also courteous and respectful whilst the house was on the market. This is to also be commended. Robin demonstrated a great knowledge of the current market, he truly has his finger on the pulse and kept us up to date as things progressed, particularly when the property we had put an offer on suddenly requested the 5 day cash out clause that was in the contract. Never thinking this would happen.... and Knowing the pressure we were under, Robin immediately kicked into over drive and bought all the offers to our table sooner than expected. We got the deal we needed and he delivered on that - it was not an easy task for him but he truly has an amazing skill at his job, his sales style is impeccable and it is awesome to share in his success. We haven't sold many houses but the few we have always used B&T funnily enough, and for this property it again felt so right that we would choose B&T with Robin Liu & his team. Thanks so much.
