We are incredibly grateful to Robin and his team. We first met Robin when we were looking to buy a home. During the viewings, my husband and I noticed how seriously Robin treated every visitor. He was patient and attentive with every potential buyer, and always provided thoughtful and timely responses. At the time, I remember thinking that if I were a vendor, I would be very happy to work with him. This year, we finally had the opportunity to work with Robin to sell our own home in Howick, Auckland. Our house was an older property. Although we had renovated the interior, the market was challenging and the property did not initially have a strong competitive advantage. However, Robin and his team quickly exceeded our expectations. Following their advice, we carried out some simple repairs and arranged a building inspection. Step by step, we came to fully trust their professionalism, dedication and hard work. In the end, our home sold quickly and achieved a price within our expected range. Buying or selling a home is undoubtedly one of the most important decisions in many people’s lives.
