Outstanding Sale Experience

Robin Liu, and his associate Richard Qu, of Barfoot and Thompson, Howick, successfully marketed and sold our family home at tender in a depressed market for a price much higher than we could have ever envisaged. We accepted this offer nine days after our listing went live! On both counts this was an outstanding and astounding result for us! We accepted an offer five days after going live but this pair continued to promote our property in the pre-tender phase and a further four days later, we settled for an amount considerably higher than we had initially accepted.
