Sale of 13 Quibray Place

Lucy has a through knowledge of the market and is very professional. The house was on the market for for 4 weeks, 3 open homes and an auction onsite on the 4th week. There were 4 bidders on auction day and sale price exceeded our expectations. Lucy sold my fathers house 8 years ago and we were so impressed we used her again to sell our home. We would recommend Lucy and Barfoot and Thompson to anyone considering selling their house in the Howick and Pakuranga area.
