Barfoot and Thompson and Ethan as the lead agent for my property delivered way higher than my expectation. All the interacting that was needed with the council, they did, making it an effortless process for me, the seller. When I realised how many hours they spent on this, I was beyond grateful. Their knowledge of the area I found particularly helpful. Also, at no time did I feel they were trying to reduce my sale price, they were forever telling me they believed they could get the best price for me and put in every effort to so do. Every week, they informed me as to the activity with prospective purchasers and they achieved four live bidders at the auction. As I am looking for different properties, Ethan is recommending a number of properties that I have found interesting and have even bid on.
