I had a great experience dealing with Richard during the purchase of our new home. Enthusiastic agent and leaving no stone unturned to achieve the Sale
Richard responded to a mail drop that he did in our area. We weren't actively on the market, but Richard's advertising caught our eye. He delivered a thorough market appraisal of the area which was presented and discussed when we met. He had a genuine buyer that visited our property 2-3 times then presented an offer. Richard facilitated the pricing outcome, making suggestions along the way. He communicated and more importantly listened to our needs to achieve a desirable outcome that achieved the sale. He remained professional throughout the process and demonstrated agility and flexibility when some remedial work was required with the property to achieve the sale. Richard has not been an agent for long but has a great manner and persona about him and I recommend him to future sellers. He represents his organisation with pride.
