For a family newly arrived in East Auckland, the area was unfamiliar. However, Richard was incredibly patient in recommending properties, meticulously explaining the advantages, disadvantages, and other key considerations for each house during viewings (such as leaks, the surrounding environment, and nearby shops). He was a very attentive agent, reminding us of everything related to the transaction. Also, his after-sales service was excellent; he provided continuous updates until we settled into the house.
