When we first met Anna, we were exploring options of what was available in the market as we weren't sure what to look for. Anna took the time to show us many units and provide us with multiple options. After getting to know us and understanding our expectations/criteria, she provided suggestions of what to look at that were in our budget and area of interest. She kept us constantly engaged by making sure all our questions were answered and providing us with alternatives. Once we had narrowed our search, we found a property that we liked which she referred us to and she guided us through the process. She always took the time to educate us and we really appreciated all her help, she was amazing to deal with!

She was always checking in and adjusting based on what we was looking for. Genuinely hardworking, working endlessly to line up viewings, answer questions, and provide honest feedback - even when it wasn’t what I wanted to hear! I never felt like she was just trying to close a deal; she was clearly more interested in making sure I found a place that actually suited my needs. It took a long time (and a lot of houses), but we got there in the end :) She was professional, consistent, and easy to work with. Kitty is a friendly, diligent, hard working and competent agent. From the outset Kitty was organised, timely and provided great advice. The property staging Kitty organised was great and the photos really did showcase the attributes of the property. The property sold under the hammer at a brought forward auction.
