We have delt of Wendy before when purchasing a property and we were so impressed with her then we knew she was the only person who was ever going to sell a property for us. We had a block of 3 x Flats we had owned for 36 years in Ellerslie Mt Wellington and our tenants had become very close friends after one being there 33 years and one 21 years so it was very important to us that the sale and transaction in dealing with prospective buyers went smoothly with the least interruptions to our tenants, as there were several open days for viewing as you can imagine. Wendy handled all this so professionally and discreetly that our tenants were just so helpful to her and in a very short time we had a sale. As we all know it is totally different having an open home in your own place but when you are trying to sell three properties with three other people living there it could create problems.
