I was very lucky right from the get go to be able to have Sarah Benbow as my Real estate agent. I walked in off the street needing a lot of help and crossing my fingers that Sarah was available to see me over the next day or so. Her lovely PA called her and I was meeting Sarah that very afternoon. My situation was a separation house sale as soon as possible and I was lost as to where to go or what to do. Sarah jumped into high gear but at the same time made me feel at ease and explained everything during the process. It was such a whirlwind of activity and the house was sold through auction in 3 weeks. That speaks volumes for the professional and personal help she gave me during that insane time. The auction was crazy and again Sarah Benbow was there by my side, even with a tissue box as I was so relieved it was over.
