An incredible buying experience

We recently bought a property with the support of Lili Ma from Barfoot & Thompson Glenfield. Lili was the first and only buyer's salesperson on our entire buying journey. We want to thank Lili for all the fantastic effort and her time in helping us get our dream home. She followed up each step through the whole purchase process. The first time we met Lili was at Easter. Taking into account our preferences, she took us to view five different houses. We were impressed by her highly professional and sincere manner over this time. Since then, no matter how many properties we advised Lili we were interested in, she always reached out to other salespeople and arranged times for us to view at the weekend. In recent weeks, Lili took us to view different houses from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm every Saturday and Sunday, no matter how bad the weather was. It is no exaggeration :), that Lili’s efforts, patience, and resilience not only broke the stereotype we had of some unprofessional salespeople, but also made us trust the Barfoot & Thompson brand more.
