She gave us good advice as to the best way to market the property and helped us to adjust our strategy as time went on. She was in constant communication with us giving us feedback from open homes. Also, she followed up diligently with potential buyers who had expressed interest. When there was a request to view outside the open home times she always did her best to give us as much notice as possible. We appreciated her encouragement when interest in the house was low and her kindness when we were unable to be at home because of a family crisis. She achieved a good result for us.
