''It all went smoothly''
"I used Jas after a recommendation by a friend. In today’s market, sales have slowed down a little bit, so it was with some trepidation that I listed my property. With Jas' support it all went smoothly, until a problem emerged in the basement area. It became a bit messy as Auckland Council became involved, but with the right people and the right team, everything resolved itself eventually in the correct manner. All through this drama and trouble Jas kept totally focused and supportive, as he was from day one. Thank you for all your help closing this successful sale for me. I would recommend Jas to any future property buyers or sellers. Thank you Jas, it’s been a great ride with a few nervous moments, but you have been there 100% of the way."
