Prompt responses and lovely Property Manager to deal with so far. Based on 6weeks renting with BFT

I am 6 weeks into renting with Barfoot and Thompson, based on that my experience has been great. Lan Lieu has been lovely to deal with no issues. I have an inspection coming up in a week which I thought was odd as we have only been in the property for 6 weeks however it must be routine for new tenants. Other than that, no issues although we are early into renting and prompt responses are always a bonus
