Selling the Candia Road property was a big decision, for myself in particular, as my family had lived between there and the property next door for about 60 years. I was eager to meet Craig as he was recommended by a family member, in the hope that the process would feel more comfortable. We liked Craig from our first meeting, were pleased that he had plenty of knowledge of the area, and our type of property. His interest in what the property had meant to me over the years was helpful too. Craig kept us informed and up to date at all times, always available to speak with when needed. It was nice that while Craig was professional and efficient, his manner was never pushy, I felt very confident and comfortable working with him. It was fantastic that once the property went to market, things moved so well and quickly. We were happy with the sale price, and even pleased that the property went to a young couple starting out, as it did for me 30 years ago. We are very grateful to Craig for his work in making this a successful and stress free sale, the third house we have sold in under five years, and definitely the best experience.
