We approached Premium team on our brokers recommendations. Munish came to see us on the same day. Well presented, attentive and most importantly he listened to what we wanted and was not pushy at all throughout. He and Gurbir makes a great duo. They were not only able to sell our home within 7 days but were also able to get us into our brand new house at a great price.
