Buying first home in NZ was always a dream that seemed far from reality. However it became a dream come true, when we met Ajay. He has tremendous knowledge and experience in this field and helped us view and select house of our choice. He also guided us for every step along the process and made sure that whole complex process was done in a simple and best possible way for us. We are really grateful to Ajay in helping us to complete this journey of becoming a home owner and would highly recommend his professional services to anyone looking to sell or buy a house

Ajay, from the first meeting was quite professional and helpful. He helped us look over 2 properties and very quickly helped us with the paperwork and helping us understand the next steps. He would stay in touch, would keep us informed of what's happening and help us with navigating the legal world. Always prompt and really didn't feel as if we were working with him for the first time. Strongly suggest you get hold of him!

What a great result with your knowledge and advising us to have a 2 week short campaign and then the auction. We appreciate the ongoing support from you looking for our next property. If you want results you need to contact Bob and Anna

We found Bob to be very knowledgeable in his field, especially in the current economic climate which will make a big difference to anyone who is currently thinking about selling. He gave us excellent advice also about preparing the property for marketing, which is also a big bonus for the purchaser - a win/win situation! Well done Bob, thanks very much!

We would like to thank Danny from the bottom of our hearts for the successful experience we had with the selling and purchasing of our homes. From the get go, Danny was professional yet approachable in every way. We were able to talk with her about our concerns and she guided us with her wealth of knowledge and experience. We honestly couldn't have achieved what we did without her. Street record on both ends and a new friendship that will last beyond this - what more can we ask for? We highly recommend Danny for all your real estate needs. Thank you Danny for everything. You went above and beyond for us (literally!) and for that we will always be grateful.
