It was a great experience buying with Melanie's team. Although the auction and first time offer didn't work out, we were able to reach a deal three month later. The agents were a great help with our negotiation especially with our special circumstances on settlement dates. Leo's a quick responder on communication, he replies to texts almost immediately even after settlement to help out. Loved the gift they left for us too. Thanks guys
