The "A" Team is detail-oriented, patient and highly responsive, taking the role as a bridge between buyers and sellers seriously and professionally. They are committed to achieving property sales at a reasonable yet optimally high price. As a buyer, I sometimes felt a bit jealous of how much they considered the seller’s interests—but in truth, that’s exactly what a great real estate agent should do: satisfy both parties in a deal, while always putting the seller's needs first.

We have had dealings with Eric before when we bought our house. Now he managed to sell our house, in no time what so ever. He worked in with us with all the restrictions by only having viewings by appointment. I did not deter him, he just got on with the job. He also helped up with looking for a new place. His friendly and calm matter got things done. Well done Eric

Working with Anna and Bob to sell our home was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. They are highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to delivering the best result for their clients. They provided clear guidance on preparing the property for the market, developed an effective marketing strategy, and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. The “A” Team worked efficiently behind the scenes, ensuring every detail was handled smoothly. Selling a property can be stressful, but Anna and Bob made it a positive, straightforward experience. We are extremely grateful for their hard work and highly recommend Anna An and The “A” Team to anyone looking to sell their property.

This is not my first time sold my properties with Anna and Bob, They are very experienced and efficient sales persons. They provided a lot of very useful suggestions for selling the house, and helped me analyze the market very objectively. Of course, they worked very hard, solved the problems very quickly, followed up the buyer's situation, and had very good negotiation skills. There is no doubt that I will still choose them again to sell property.

We had already worked with Team DNA for the sale of our property so definitely had to go back with them to hunt for our new home. Dev and Anju were always working hard on our behalf to get the best deal for us - and had spent hours and hours with the vendor to reach the sale for us! They are always easy to reach with questions and respond quickly. If you on the search for a good agent, just meet Team DNA for a quick chat and they will straight away put you at ease.
