Sharine has a great knowledge/experience of the (local) market, and she was able to use this to give good advice in preparation for the marketing and sale. She understood our situation (as joint owners/sellers) and communicated well with each and all of us. Very professional. Attendance at the open homes, and also the following up of the prospective buyers was well documented, and she seemed to encourage and assist them in readiness for the auction - as demonstrated by the number of bidders who showed up at auction. Showed extreme patience and professionalism throughout. We were lucky to have him as our agent as he never made us felt any pressure , in fact, always told us not to even consider any property if we are having any doubts about it.
