Another plus of our partnership is that I am Chinese, I speak Mandarin, and Bob comes from a European background – so we have wide appeal and can cross cultural borders as a team. Couldn't have asked for better agents!

Selling one of our property was a big moment for us. It's been our home for years, and we were nervous about handing it over to anyone. From our very first conversation, Dev and Anju made us feel like we were in good hands. They took the time to understand what the house meant to us and what we needed from the sale. When the offers started coming in, they walked us through every counter-offer calmly and honestly, never pushing, always explaining our options so we could make the right call. When the building report came back and negotiations got a bit tricky, they kept things fair and steady on both sides and helped us land an outcome we were really happy with. What stood out most was how available they were. Calls answered, questions followed up, and nothing was ever too small. Even when the buyer asked to bring settlement forward, they handled it with care and made sure the timing still worked for my family. Excellent communication, always prompt, supportive, open and gave everything they had and more

As soon as Anju and Dev walked through our doors I knew straight away that they would be our agents and get the job done. Their positive energy, their guidance and support was over and above to the point where we knew they were making sacrifices with their own family to answer calls/ emails, enter negotiations there was no rock left unturned to market our home. Extra viewings etc being open with other agents bringing their clientele, to them they wanted us to achieve our goals. This was not just a transaction to them, they had our bests interests and even though they have so many homes they're marketing they were so responsive and make you feel like your home is the only home. I know that they give 200% to everyone and cant fault them. They will be my only agents going forward.
